A recipe for Persuasive writing!

Our new literacy topic is persuasive writing. Today we combined instructional writing with our new topic by writing recipes for a good persuasive text.

Below are some of our recipes.

To make a persuasive text, follow these instructions.

Cautiously drop into your bowl a spoonful of persuasive speech.
Next, grab a teaspoon of flattery and stir carefully.
After that, generously add a dab of exaggeration.
While your mixture is bubbling and boiling, sprinkle in some humor.
Then dash in some feelings!
You have now completed your persuasive text!

To make a perfect persuasive text, follow these instructions.
To start your text put in a dab of exaggeration, your first  ingredient has been added!
secondly, throw a bucketful of flattery in (you may need a bigger bowl) and thoroughly stir the sticky text ingredients.
After that, drop in a plop of bribery and hardly mix.
Second to last, drop in a range of amazing, fantastico, stupendous wow words.
Finally, dump in a truckload of persuasive speech and cook for 5 minutes.
